OUR MISSION

The “OGI Leads Program” is an initiative that demonstrates that collaboration within the community and within certain industries can lead to growth and retention. The project initial aim looks at the marginalized community and their current income structure and financial awareness. Within this construct OGI has structure mentorship programs, webinar and other group programs along side key community associations and within these associations we've collectively look at the challenges, habits, and mental conditioning that individuals face.

OGI Leads Program promotes growth and is filled with optimism. Through out our program there is growth happening on a verity of different levels. From the growth of each individual learning about their own barriers, financial literacy, to growth in income. The seed that we plant and continue nourish over time will lead to other growth in our key industries such as home ownership that is linked with our real-estate industry and agents. These growth models are also part of our future-plan modules that are outlined throughout the program.

The life cycle of the project is aim at a long-term goal with key milestones through out the project. As we are primarily an investment company our goal in this area is looking at ways to promote retention over time in each person’s wealth development and how that wealth is passed on over generation. Through our work models we look at retention through collaborative profit sharing, pair-to-pair involvement, lastly it is the retention of growth within the community and their respective industries.
